SAPPHIRE® NOW / ASUG Conference

The SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG User Conference, scheduled for May 16-19 in Orlando starts this weekend and Covington Creative will be there talking to customers and partners about the ways we help our clients optimize their SAP contact center.

ASUG Interaction Center Influence Council

SAP and ASUG have announced a joint initiative for the Interaction Center called the "Interaction Center Influence Council." The Influence Council is designed "to provide customers and partners with a way to influence SAP's product direction for the Interaction Center."

At the SAPPHIRE NOW / ASUG Conference, on Monday, May 17th from 1:30-2:45pm, the ASUG Interaction Center Influence Council will be meeting to discuss the topic of unstructured interactions in the contact center.
We're excited also to see a demo of some of the CRM 7.0 EHP1 Interaction Center features!
