Covington Creative Announces The Addition Of Comprehensive SAP BCM Implementation Services To Their Practice

RICHMOND, Virginia - January 8, 2010 - Covington Creative LLC today announced the addition of comprehensive SAP Business Communications Management (BCM) implementation services to its practice.

SAP BCM is an advanced, all-IP communication solution for multichannel contact centers and contact-intensive, multisite organizations. It replaces traditional communications systems hardware with a software-based IP telephony solution that increases the effectiveness of interactions with customers and partners.

Covington Creative's consultants have been working with a number of IP Telephony products for quite some time and recently completed intensive partner training in SAP BCM at SAP Labs in Finland.
